So we’ve opened more slots on Monday and added The Open Gym programming on RESAWOD upon booking for extra structure.

You can now choose 1 from 3 Open Gym workout options during the week + 1 on Saturday.
Use this time to dial in efficiency, build your aerobic base, and get quality work done on the ergs.

We recommend you go through all the options beforehand in order to plan your week ahead properly to avoid over/under training.

Train with purpose. Use it well. 💪
