      Murph Day 25 May

Join us for our annual fun day of suffering through this legendary workout. Time to test your squat, pull-ups and push-ups endurance… and let’s not forget the runners’ delight: buy-in and buy-out miles (we see you running haters hiding behind the AB machines… come out and plaaay). For those discovering Murph for the first time: the ultimate CrossFit hero wod.

      Running Workship #2 7 June

The first outdoor running workshop at Parc Cinquantenaire was a hit, muscle soreness was real and techniques were perfected. Don’t miss the second session. Get out of the box and throw your running shoes on with coach Roman. Be ready to set the Cinquentenaire track on fire! For newcomers, make the most of the impressive world class running experience led by former Romanian Athletics Federation pro runner turned coach Roman (and he’s super nice)

      Summer Comp 4 July

It is back! Our summer team competition day just before a lot of you go off on well-deserved break or homeland family-time. An opportunity to start the holidays in style, leaving your homies and competitors in the “symbolic” box dust (who said that?? We clean! It ain’t dirty!! Tsssk) More details on the schedule of the day and workouts to come closer to date but save the date if you haven’t already!

Ø  EU Open day 3.0

Thanks to everyone who joined our special day! You made it what it was! Great vibes, loads of fun and fitness, and the sun was smiling on us as we enjoyed coffee and granola bowls. For the non-instagrammers among you, check out our aftermovie here.

2. News & updates

      We are excited to announce we have started a new Velites partnership (whoop whoop), bringing you even more choices for gear and clothes. You can find all their products online and let us know anything you’d like to order. You will get a 10% discount through WB and save on the shipment fees. In the meantime and before the first official order, STMN products are still available to you and we still have plenty of stock of ropes, wristbands and grips. While Velites has a wider range of products and clothes - both STMN and TYR products remain great options if you prefer those.

📍 **Where to find them?**

      As you might have seen on the whiteboard (hopefully), we will be reinstating burpee-penalties for latecomers (not really a punishment, just more fitness ;)). After 2min past the class start time, you will have to perform 10 burpees per extra minute late. We can totally understand traffic, work, and impatient bosses getting in the way, however we would appreciate some sense or urgency when you finally make it to the box, rather than chatting and wandering around while both members and the coach are waiting for you 🙂

      Inevitably, with warm weather and sunny days comes more running. A delight for some, a nightmare for others.. Running is a critical component of your fitness and we will keep including it in our programming. However, please be mindful of how you behave when running on the sidewalks and outside in the street. Some of our neighbours are of older age and one is even blind. They have reached out to express their concern when they see groups of people running mindlessly in the street - and we can understand how that can make them uncomfortable. Thus, we kindly ask you to be mindful, respectful and careful every time you step outside: the safety of others comes before a 10s PR on your workout 🙂

Updated Terms and Conditions

# ENGLISH VERSION

Dear Members,

We have updated our Terms & Conditions in order to better align with current Belgian and European regulations and to clarify certain operational procedures.

The main updates concern the following sections:

**Article 1.3** — clarification regarding applicable law and competent courts;

**Article 2.2** — updated rules regarding modification of membership conditions and fees;

**Articles 4.3 to 4.10** — clarification of payment procedures, administrative fees, discounts, and payment default policies;

**Article 5.1** — updated member conduct, harassment, and community behavior standards;

**Articles 6.1 to 6.9** — clarification regarding membership renewal, cancellation procedures, medical termination, and suspension conditions;

**Articles 7.1 to 7.4** — updated rules regarding suspension of memberships for illness, injury, or pregnancy;

**Article 8.5** — introduction of a force majeure and temporary closure clause;

**Articles 11.1 to 11.5** — updated wording regarding liability, assumption of risk, and insurance recommendations;

**Article 12.1** — clarification of internal rules and operational procedures;

**Article 13** — updated health and participation declarations;

**Articles 14.1 to 14.10** — full modernization of our GDPR and privacy policy, including member rights regarding personal data and image usage.

These updates do not substantially change the nature of your membership but are intended to:

improve transparency;

align our policies with Belgian consumer and GDPR regulations;

clarify member and gym responsibilities;

and modernize our administrative procedures.

The updated Terms & Conditions are available in your RESAWOD app.

Nous avons mis à jour nos Conditions Générales afin de mieux les aligner avec les réglementations belges et européennes actuelles et de clarifier certaines procédures opérationnelles.

Les principales modifications concernent les sections suivantes :

**Articles 14.1 à 14.10** — modernisation complète de notre politique de confidentialité et de protection des données (RGPD), incluant les droits des Membres concernant leurs données personnelles et l’utilisation éventuelle d’images/photos.

Ces modifications ne changent pas fondamentalement la nature de votre abonnement mais visent à :

améliorer la transparence ;

aligner nos politiques avec la réglementation belge en matière de consommation et de protection des données ;

clarifier les responsabilités des Membres et de la salle ;

et moderniser certaines procédures administratives.

EU Open day Info

Hello Fam,

Wods are written, prompts are prompted, deets are detailed and setup is…set up and good to go for our Saturday EU day ;)

Below the regions linked to time frames fyi 🙏🏼

We will have a warm-up area as per previous years for you to be prepped for your workouts, make sure to be there 10-15min before your wod time. Feel free to come and enjoy a coffee, a snack, a convo and chill while you enjoy the spectacle before stepping into the arena 😉🫶🏼 Come under/non-caffeinated and with an « almost » empty belly we’ll feed you and quench your caffeine thirst 🙏🏼☕️🥣 

We will have our videographer there and we would like to kickstart a series « meet the bulls » to introduce coaches and members and a few other ideas. If you’d like to introduce yourself or be our first test-future stars let us know 😉😎

Comme les années précédentes, nous aurons une zone d'échauffement pour vous préparer avant les wods. Merci d'arriver 10 à 15 minutes avant votre WOD. N'hésitez pas à venir prendre un café, une collation, discuter et vous détendre tout en profitant du spectacle avant d'entrer dans l'arène 😉🫶🏼 Venez avec un peu moins/pas de caféine et l'estomac presque vide, on s'occupe de tout ! 🙏🏼☕️🥣

Notre vidéaste sera présent et nous aimerions lancer une série de vidéos « À la rencontre des Bulls » pour présenter les coachs et les membres, et vous dévoiler quelques autres idées. Si vous souhaitez vous présenter ou être nos premiers testeurs (et futurs champions !), n'hésitez pas à nous le faire savoir 😉😎
